Currently ranked 13th in California, Khoury Bethley is gearing up to top his junior campaign by shooting for the Don Lugo season rushing record in efforts to capture a CIF title. The Explosive Athletic Training 7on7 Team Getting More Work In Long Beach This Past Weekend

This past Saturday our boys traveled to Long Beach to compete against the Epic Strong 7on7 training program in preparation for this up coming 7on7 season. Fortunately the weather allowed us to compete with no rain. Although the field was still a little muddy it was an overall good workout. Our DB’s faced a pretty tough challenge by being forced to be become sure-footed due to the muddy surface. Epic Strong’s offensive skill guys had the home field advantage so the fellas had to stay on their toes. All in all the defense was again pretty dominant and had a great time. Check out their little high light.
